As the threat of side channel attacks becomes a reality today and awareness of the risks increases, the need for TEMPEST protective enclosures will increase dramatically. SIA C2 produces TEMPEST enclosures that can be fully customized to suit your needs. Each individual design requires customer approval.

The TEMPEST enclosure design offers options for a variety of power line filters, ranging from none for battery powered stand-alone devices to single and three phase connections.
In order to dissipate the heat from the TEMPEST enclosure, cooling is provided though shielded honeycomb passive ventilation openings or an active ventilation unit consisting of 1-8 fans, the number of which depends on the heating capacity of the devices used.
Penetration panel consists of customer-specified connectors / waveguides to provide a full functionality DisplayPort, 1GBit optical network, USB 2.0, TEMPEST audio, RS-232, etc..
